Do you ever wish you had more clarity and peace in your life? Do you wish you trusted that everything is going to be ok? Do you wish you knew that you can handle anything that comes your way?

I think we all can relate to these wishes at some point in our lives.

Our intuition has such an impact on our ability to make these wishes a reality.

Your intuition speaks to you in different ways and gives you information to realize these wishes.

One way your intuition speaks to you is your inner voice.

(If this is the predominant way your intuition speaks to you.... you are a Vibrational Muse!)

However, sometimes what we think is our intuition + inner voice is really just another energy blocking us from hearing our truth.

What does your inner voice say to you? Is it kind and supportive or disruptive and even downright destructive?

How we talk to ourselves, and which voice we believe has everything to do with our ability to create profound overall wellbeing.

If our inner voice is telling us we don't belong, can't do it, not attractive enough, good enough, or smart enough, and we listen to it as if it were true.... then those lies will keep us from living our best life.

We will not find inner peace, the trust of self, or the empowerment we desire + deserve.

But this is important... if your inner voice is saying these things to you... it is not YOUR intuitive inner voice. It is the programming, blocks, limits that come between you and your true inner voice.

The inner voice that instills fear may be trying to help. And most of the time it is doing a really good job trying to keep you "safe".

Notice that it is just energy.

It has no power unless you believe it and act on it. A lot of times it is old programming from childhood or experiences as adults. Sometimes it is beliefs we have absorbed from those around us.

How do you move through the muck to get to *your* intuitive inner voice?

  1. Observe these limiting thoughts is the first step. Practice watching your thoughts as an energy. You can imagine each thought on a little boat floating past you on a river as sit on the river bank observing the thought that floats by.

  2. Cultivate the awareness that these thoughts are not true and hinder you is the second step.

  3. Learn to clear these energies is the next step. (this is a skill you can learn + develop HERE)

  4. Give your thought a color. Thoughts are energy. If you see it as a color, it is easier to see it separate from you, not as who you are.

  5. Feel your body. Notice when your feelings shift. When you go from feeling good and inspired one moment to feeling bad or discouraged the next. This is a clue that a thought (an energy) just got lit up that you can track to change.

  6. Create a mindset and belief system that supports your wellbeing. (replace the negative thought with a positive thought that is true) Change it. Once you become aware of the thought, you then have the ability to change it.

  7. Be in a state of amusement and curiosity to stay senior to the vortex of negative inner talk. (in other words... don't take it seriously!)

  8. Listen for your true intuitive inner voice. It will be supportive and guiding. It will not be mean or condemning. Practice listening to it and connecting with your inner voice to cultivate your Vibrational Muse and embrace that part of your intuition to guide you every day.

Listening, taking action, and trusting yourself create a deep inner relationship that starts to clear all the other energy/thoughts/feelings that aren't true. It sets you free from the invisible limits of the mind.

One simple rule I go by, if my inner voice is telling me something that feels punishing, limiting, contracting, or alienating, I know it is not my truth, not MY inner voice.

When we learn to be aware of our inner voice, how to decern what is true and what is not, recognize we have the choice to listen to whichever voice we want and the capability to energetically clear the lies to listen to our wisdom.... then we have the power to become who we are meant to be and live our best lives.

Cultivate a deep sense of self-awareness. With practice and tools, you will be able to hone this skill in a way that you can recognize your own intuitive voice without a doubt.

The more you listen to yourself, the more clear, certain, and trusting you become.

Our intuitive inner voice will always be loving, encouraging, inspiring, and bring a sense of peace - even when sharing information that may be troublesome, challenging, or confronting.

Today watch for one or two reoccurring limiting thoughts and just observe them. What is your truth behind the lie? Start to connect with *your* intuitive inner voice dialogue and say yes to the things the negative inner voice has kept you from doing. Say yes to you!
